PM: Just Two of Us! While Visiting Sihanoukville With First Lady

SIHANOUKVILLE: Prime Minister Hun Sen has posted many pictures with his wife, First Lady Bun Rany Hun Sen, during his visit to Sihanoukville for the Khmer New Year holiday. He took photos of the "Preah Thong Neang Neak" statue and the words "Khmer Can Do It”, and posted them with the caption “Just two of us!”

The Prime Minister wrote in a message on his Facebook page, along with a photo with his wife, “Just two of us! Photo opportunity with my wife with the newly built Preah Thong Neang Neak statue along the seashore of Sihanoukville. When I got married, I did not hold the veil, but today I took a picture with the statue of Preah Thong holding the veil for my children to see.”

The Prime Minister and First Lady were married on 5 January 1976 during Khmer Rouge. They have been together for 45 years, still holding the same level of love. The Prime Minister often expresses his love for his wife on his Facebook page and even wrote a book about his love story with his wife entitled "Unbreakable Couple”, commemorating his and his wife’s struggles during the war as well as his dedication to their love.
